Wallet Balance can be used at all Kingdom Clubs & Resorts for services such as food, accommodation, liquor, and other services available by Kingdom.

Wallet Balance can be transferred from one customer account to another customer account. The recipient must have a valid registered account / Customer ID on the portal.

Wallet Balance can be used at any Kingdom Hotel, Club or Resort.

Customers can purchase packages and services made available by Kingdom Club & Resorts using their Wallet Balance.

Wallet Balance validity is 24 months from the applicable wallet credit date.
How validity is applied
Each credit to your wallet carries its own expiry date, counted from the day it was credited. When you spend, the balance closest to expiring is always used first, so you get the most out of what you hold. Your account shows the expiry date of every credit, and warns you before any of it lapses.
Two separate balances
Wallet Balance comes from your package and any recharge. You spend it at our outlets and can transfer it to another member.
Payout Balance is the referral income you have earned. It is withdrawn to your registered bank account through a redemption request, and becomes payable once your KYC is approved.
